Job Responsibilities:

1)      First pick up the sales and service call

2)      Receive and Reply Customer’s FAX

3)      Prepare Draft Service/Repair Offers

 

Requirement:

1)        Studying for University bachelor degree

2)        Good English language ability both in read and write. CET 4 at least. CET 6 will be preferred.

3)        Good operating skills in Office and Windows

4)        Active work attitude, patience, team-work spirit

5)        Good personality, have good ways to get along with others

6)        Relative intern experience will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:

1)      Collect and File FSE’s Working Reports, Acceptance Protocols

2)      Receive and Reply Customer’s FAX

3)      Prepare Draft Service/Repair Offers

 

Requirement:

1)        Studying for University bachelor degree

2)        Good English language ability both in read and write. CET 4 at least. CET 6 will be preferred.

Title:  Pre-sales Technical Support – EID    Location: Beijing

 

Job Responsibilities:

1)      Collect and translate technical application materials

2)      Prepare technical files requested by sales team

3)      Pack up sales tools about WAI lab products and technologies

 

Requirement:

1)      Major in instruments analysis or electrochemistry（仪器分析或电化学专业）

2)      Have experience of using water analysis lab instruments, such as pH, ISE, Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen, Colorimetry and Titration   instruments. C

3)      At least Bachelor, Master is better. Be located in Beijing office.

4)      Good communication and English language ability.

Job Responsibilities:

1)        Program shanxi project data communication protocol.

2)        Other service requirement

 

Requirement:

1)      Major in software and instrument.

2)      Located in Shanghai city.

3)      能熟练使用VB6.0编写Windows应用程序；

4)      会使用TCP/IP控件；

5)      了解VB中DDE数据交换技术的使用方法；

6)      掌握VB中RS232串口通讯的编程方法。

Title: SID Service CSR – SID                 Location: Beijing

 

Job Responsibilities:

1)        Service orders follow up.

2)        Service report separation and tidy up

3)        Bill with customer for ex-warranty service

4)        Service contract promotion

5)        Service parts warehouse clean up

 

Requirement:

1)      Commerce and trade or Analytical Chemistry

2)      Good communication both English and mandarin.

Title: BEA Service Admin Assistant – SID      Location: Shanghai

 

Job Responsibilities:

1)        Service contract management / performance assistant.

2)        Service documents filing.

3)        BEA Service Admin assistant

 

Requirement:

1)        Analytical chemical subject/ Management subject

2)        Good communication and individual initiative

Title:  Application Chemist - SID          Location: Shanghai

 

Job Responsibilities:

1)        Lab administration assistant, reagents and standard preparing and sample testing preparation,
