伊顿大中国区人才培养计划
To build early talent pipeline for multiple functions through a strategic, systematic approach.
通过系统化的管理方法建立人才输送计划。
2 rotaional assignment in 2 locations Shanghai and another city within Greater China Hydraulics division. Total duration 1.5 years every assignment is about 7 months. After completion of the assignment, the participant will go back to Jining to work regularly.
在大中国区液压分部上海及另外一所城市进行两个任务的轮换。项目持续时间1.5年。每个任务约九个月。项目结束后回上海开始正式工作。
Directions in Application Engineer and Sales Engineer to develop their functional competencies and leadership skills.

Upon completion of the assignment,conference approaching the end of the assignment for Program participants to share learning, network with each other, and to meet OD mgr and the program steering committee members, and finalize the next assignment.
第一阶段任务结束后,通过会议分享收获,与其它优秀的参加者建立合作关系并确定下一个工作任务。
