OMC Engineer trainee

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

1. Major in relevant fields: communication, computer ,etc

2. Bachelor and above required

3. Over one year R&D experience, working experience in foreign companies or joint ventures is preferred

4. It is nice to have experience in Network Management

Knowledge

1. Expert at C/C++/ Expert at Delphi/ Expert at Test

2. Technical Experience on TMN design

3. Be familiar with DBMS

4. Good knowledge on TCP / IP, SNMP, CORBA and 3GPP

5. Good written, spoken and listening English.

Capabilities:

1. Good communication and team work

2. Be ability to work on own initiative

3. Be ability to learn

4. Have Strong ability to analyze and resolve problems

5. Ability to work under high pressure

RNC-Engineer trainee

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Be responsible for the requirement analyze, SW Design, SW implementation, debugging / testing and customer support for technical issues. - Report the status and outcome to the supervisor; cooperate with other SW engineers and testing engineers, exchange views and ideas with colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS:
    - Bachelor or above is required, Master is preferred. - Major in telecommunication, computer software, electronic engineering - Master C, C++ language, Microsoft VC++ 6.0 - Good background of wireless communication and 3GPP standard, familiar with at least one of following protocol: UMTS ATM/FP/MAC/RLC/PDCP/RRC/NAS/NBAP. - Background with UNIX/Linux - Fluent English in spoken and written - Has know-how on development processes - More than 1 year large SW development experience, Windows application development is preferred. - Leadership experience is preferred. - Be initiative, ability to learn, ability to analyze, good communication skills, good team skills and result orientation capabilities are required. - Know how to share knowledge with other colleagues.
