Open Position


Position Title  Electronic Design Engineer
Business    GE Industrial   Function    Sensing Location    Shanghai

                                           

Primary Responsibilities:
-   Design electronic system for new products, covering RTOS-based embedded
hardware and firmware design.
-   Work with global team on the new electronic platform development and
system localization
-   Responsible for the cross organizations new product design. Evaluates
progress and results and recommends major changes in procedures.
-   Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of hardware/firmware design
and system level design.
    Qualifications Required:
   
-   Bachelor or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or
Electrical Engineering field or equivalent.  PhD in field of specialization
desired.
-   4+ years embedded hardware and firmware development experience with a
proven track record of innovation, attention to detail. Knowledge on the
ultrasonic electronic design is preferred.
-   32-bit embedded electronic hardware design experiences
-   Embedded C/C++ and RTOS for ARM/68k
-   FPGA experience is preferred
-   Productive, meeting sometimes-tight schedules with high-quality work.
Knowledge of EMC is preferred. 
-   Communicates effectively in Chinese and English. Excellent
communication skills with global teams.
-   A proven fast learner, self motivated, willing to take challenges.
-   Proactive, self-start
Desired:
-   Experience with design localized product with global
-   Working knowledge of measurement instrument
-   Experience with signal processing and product
manufacture/certification.






Position Title  Software Design Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:
-   Design and maintains software for new or existing products, covering
RTOS-based embedded applications.
-   Work with global team on the new product development and system
localization
-   Work with hardware engineer on the system integration and testing
-   Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of software engineering
principles and signal processing algorithm.
-   Responsible for the product concept design in the new product
development                                                         

    Qualifications Required:
   
-   Bachelor or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or
Electrical Engineering field or equivalent.  PhD in field of specialization
desired.
-   3+ years embedded software development experience with a proven track
record of innovation, attention to detail. Knowledge on the ultrasonic
signal processing is preferred.
-   Embedded C/C++ for ARM/68k
-   Embedded RTOS experiences
