LTE EMS Software Development Team Leader(LTE/Team Lead/Technical Lead/EMS/OMC/NMS/OAM, JAVA)
Job description:
Manage a team that Develops and test LTE EMS Software

Specific Knowledge/Skills
Management Skills to lead a team of LTE EMS Development Engineers.
Strong communications skills to represent HZ activities in project that span multiple countries and timezones.
Develop/Review/Execute Estimations, Project Plans, and Quality Metrics to drive development teams deliver results.
Conduct Regular reviews with Senior Management to report on project successes, challenges, and risks.
Strong Technical skills to assess complexity and propose solutions that deliver results a plus.    
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle  
Strong Network Management domain skills, Prior working experience in Network management protocols such as SNMP.
Expertise in Core Java with good understanding of operating system. Sun Solaris is preferable.  
Strong RDBMS concepts with hands on experience working on at least one commercial grade RDBMS (preferably Oracle).
Experience in implementing various OOAD design patterns. Exposures to SOAP, XML, HTTP/HTTPs
8 + years of software development experience, preferable in O&M EMS or/and NMS
Knowledge  in AdventNet WebNMS or Voyence is most preferable
Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
A minimum of  M.S. degree in Computer Science, Software or relevant majors



Senior LTE EMS Software Development Engineer(LTE/EMS/OMC/NMS/OAM, JAVA)
Job description:

Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
Strong Network Management domain skills, Prior working experience in Network management protocols such as SNMP.
Expertise in Core Java with good understanding of operating system. Sun Solaris is preferable.
