职位名称：TCM应用软件系统推广及技术支持专员 (北京)

 

主要工作职责及内容：
1、应用软件的使用推广；

2、为用户的日常使用提供技术支持；

3、收集、整理用户的功能需求及意见反馈；

4、针对共性或专业性技术问题，寻求相关部门专业人士的技术支持；

5、结合用户的需求情况，协调相关部门改进和完善系统的功能；

 

具体要求： 
1、本科学历，应届毕业生优先考虑．计算机，信息技术或工业自动化相关专业；

2、熟练掌握常用办公软件和Windows操作系统；
3、熟悉计算机软硬件和网络基本知识；
4、具有一定的数据库系统的专业知识，能够对Microsoft SQL/Oracle数据库进行基本操作；
5, 具有一定的网络应用设计开发能力者将优先考虑；

6,  具较强的英文听说能力

7,  较强的沟通能力

 
Main responsibility:

1. Promote & popularize the use of application software; 

2. Provide basic technical supports for users’ daily use;

3. Collect & gather the functional requirements and feedback from users;

4. As a key person, seek technical support for common or professional technical questions from relevant departments;

5. Combined with user's needs, coordinate & assist relevant departments to improve and perfect the function of the application system;

 
Requirements:
1,  Bachelor degree, newly graduated is preferable. Major in computer science ; information technology or industrial automation;

2, Skilled in using all kinds of common office software and Windows operating system;
3, Familiar with basic knowledge of soft & hardware and network;
4, Own fundamental professional knowledge of database & system, and can basically handle Microsoft SQL/Oracle database;
5, have certain ability of network application design will be plus.


6, Strong ability of English speaking & listening 

7, Strong communication skills
