      Qualified candidates will have the chance to join Motorola and work with market team to provide network optimization system solution as well as the system deliverables to application.


Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
        System Architecture of products across the Mobile application & services
        Software asset management and evolution across the products of Mobile application & services
        Tracking the technology trend and Specification of industry such as OMA and 3GPP, 3GPP2, WiMax
        Analysis of Market requirements and technology trend and define the product roadmaps



Requirement:
        Qualified candidates MUST have good work style and good communication skills. MUST be fluent in oral English and be good at   documentation in both English and Chinese.  

Furthermore, Candidates should have:

(1)  BS or MS degree, preferably in computer science, software electronics or telecommunications
(2)  At least 6 years software development experience, familiar with C, C++ or JSP/Java/XML/J2EE; Be familiar with popular relationship Database such as Oracle and SQL Server.
(3)  At least 3 years experience of wireless value added service/platform/solution, network management system or billing system
(4)  At least 3 years experience of working as the system architect or chief designer of large scale software. Be familiar with the popular design patterns and system architecture especially for Mobile Applications & Service
(5)  Familiar with the Mobile Application & Service industry specification. Basic knowledge (work experience is highly preferred) on GSM, CDMA, v2.5G, and 3G wireless technologies and equipment;  
(6)  Project/Program management experience is preferred
