POSITION： Legal Consultant

 

LOCATION: Shanghai

 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Performing due diligence reviews and preparing due diligence reports 
Drafting various agreements and other legal documents 
Conducting legal research and preparing memos 
Liaison with government and regulatory authorities 
 

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of practical experience with Corporate matters and Foreign Direct Inv

estment 
Law degree from reputable Chinese university; 
Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese 
Good organizational skills and attention to details, able to lead projects. 


Outstanding writing and analytical skills 
PRC bar admission — desired
